This is your first consultation with your Herbalist; Jessica Rose Durante. During this consultation you and Jessica will go over your full health picture such as your current health, previous health, as well as any diagnosis's. You will have the opportunity to tell Jessica what your primary concerns are about health and wellness and Jessica will ask you specific questions to help gather information from you regarding your health both physically and emotionally.  

Jessica needs to understand what it is like to be in your body so the more detailed you can offer, the better. 

Online Appointments: 

To prepare for your consultation via Zoom, Jessica recommends preparing a cut of tea or a glass of water and to set yourself up in a area where you are able to discuss your private information. 

In-Person Appointments: 

To prepare for your consultation, please arrive 10 mins before your appointment time and text Jessica once you have arrived (647-995-6733). Wait for Jessica to respond back letting you know that you can enter into the clinic. Jessica will offer you are variety of different teas that you can enjoy, or a glass of water.
