Herbal Bath 

Purpose: for deep relaxation, skin detoxification, anti-inflammatory, mineral infusion

Ingredients: 

• milk thistle leaf, hops flower, lavender, lemongrass, yarrow, red clover, Malva flower 

This bag is a 2-3 herbal bath supply. 

Directions: fill up your largest pot with water, add 2-3 large handfuls of this herbal blend to the pot. Put the pot on the stove to simmer for 20 mins. Then strain out the herbs and add the herbal water into your bath water. Soak in the bath for 30 mins
